Welcome to Jorgen Craft!

We are a team of craftspeople who specialise in the recreation of historically accurate outfits and items of everyday use, with over ten years of experience in this field.

Our work began in Poland when we collaborated with a regional Knightly Order (Bractwo Rycerskie Ziemi Sandomierskiej), and continued through a long period cooperation with a Viking group called the Swords of Norland (Miecze Norlandu). Currently we operate in Great Britain as members of The Vikings association, and we belong to the Ormsheim group.

We accept commissions for items from a wide variety of different eras and themes, however our passion remains the accurate reproduction of outfits, crafts and weapons from the Middle Ages period.

In our work we aim to use typical techniques from the early Middle Ages, for example punching, hand-stitching items made of leather and cloth, and using the tools closest to those of Medieval craftsmen.

In creating our replicas we use only natural materials that were available in the Middle Ages, such as wool, linen, leather and metals (including bronze, brass, and silver).

Our family workshop has seen a multitude of works inspired by the ages pass out of its doors, however the idea of starting a gallery and setting up a web portal is a recent innovation.

Now we have expanded our business to accept commissions sent electronically.
